This site — learnerstestaustralia.com — is operated by Movil Softwares. This policy covers the website only. The iOS and Android apps have their own policies, linked from their store listings.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Because the site is reachable from anywhere, visitors in the UK and EU are also covered by the UK GDPR and GDPR respectively.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never touch this site or our servers. We receive only the fact that a payment succeeded, the plan bought, and the email address used. Stripe has its own privacy policy and is the merchant of record for these transactions, which is why GST is calculated by Stripe at checkout.
Content and entitlement records are held in Google Cloud Firestore, and analytics in Google Analytics — both in the United States. Stripe also processes data outside Australia. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8 we tell you plainly that this is an overseas disclosure: by using the site you accept that your information is handled in those countries, under their laws, by those providers.
Most people sitting a learner knowledge test are 15 to 17. We deliberately collect as little as possible for exactly that reason: no account, no name, no profile. If you are a parent or guardian and want anything associated with your child removed, write to us at the address below and we will do it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because there are no accounts, the practical handle is the email address you paid with — quote it and we can find the record. You can turn analytics off at any time using the control above, or clear this site’s cookies in your browser to reset everything.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Practice questions are written from each state’s published handbook; they are not copies of the real exam, which no authority publishes.
